One of my biggest regrets, when I visited Japan, was not eating ramen. I wasn't a huge fan then and honestly grew up eating the $.10 ramen back at home, so I didn't know how different it was.

Luckily we have lots of great options in Boston, but I can't wait to try the official ramen once I go back to Japan....one of these days!

I haven't tried ramen in the Bay area, so I will definitely need to give it a shot next time I visit it.
